      Pros

      Treated fairly across the board, strong support of branch and district managers, flexible for time off in balancing family and work life, lots of opportunity to advance and move around. Now that Wells Fargo Financial is being consolidated into Wells Fargo Bank we have been treated exceptionally in terms of plenty of working notice and management actively securing other jobs for us. Our district and branch managers have been readily accessible in this time of transition to help with any and every question.

      Cons

      Complicated bonus structure on a curve more or less, so either zero bonus or a huge bonus.

      Pros

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cons

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
