Pros
There a lot of locations so it's easy to transfer if you must and get approval, the training program and experience looks good on resumes.
Cons
Too many, every day is the same horrible day of selling widgets to people that don't need them. Management is not educated or successful at managing, they simply had high sales numbers when they were producers, you have no control over some customer service and sales yet perfection is expected. I worked there for 7 years and couldn't be happier that I quit for a M-F less paying job.
