Pros

I enjoy the people I work with as well as the customers that come to my particular branch (I can't say the same for other branches that I've worked at for a few days to help them out). Also, my managers are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They will help you when you need help and work with you when you ask for time off (I've worked for other branches when they needed extra help and the managers weren't nearly as pleasant to work with).

Cons

You feel like a sales work horse. For the amount of money that you get paid and what Wells Fargo expects of you is not fair at all. They're really cheap when it comes to raises. Whether you're a stellar performer or just average...The pay is the same and you can forget about raises. Also you get micro managed a lot...Constantly asking if you've sold anything yet. There's a huge turnover rate at this company. I've seen so many tellers and bankers leave Well Fargo for the short time that I've been with the company. The sales pressure is a bit too much for the pay that they are given.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
