Pros
The job has benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) matching up to 6%. Stock options are also available. Unlimited overtime available, if you want. The insurance is paid through your paycheck with your choice of coverage. Pay is significantly higher than surrounding businesses in the area for an entry level position.
Cons
The insurance you can get doesn't cover much outside of the basics unless you go over your deductible. Mandatory overtime issued with little regard to life outside company. Policies and processes change weekly/monthly when you just got used to the most recent change. The company and ADCC department continually implement negative policies affecting workers. The programs used by the department are severely outdated with an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality. System issues are a rampant, daily problem. Feedback and suggestions given to management are largely ignored. Mental health is not taken seriously, with only a helpline number given as a Band-aid if you wish to speak with Wells Fargo approved counselors. Promotions include significantly more work with little compensation to match it.
