Good pay if this is your first “real” job. Great health benefits.
Cons
It can be draining talking to customers all day while also trying to meet all of criteria. They only want you to be on calls for about 2-4 minutes. Never forget to say a script or you will receive a bad grade in QA. Adherence is the worse thing ever. So if you’re someone who drinks a lot of water try not to, bathroom breaks may cause you to lose your job.
