Pros
The pay is fairly good for a starting position and I was in school while I worked there so it was extremely good for a college student. Benefits are good including paid time off, incentive bonuses, great hours, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, eye, and other insurances.
Cons
EXTREMELY sales oriented. In slower branches you spend over 50% of your time making sales calls. These calls are generally cold-calls about credit card offers or other bank products. If you think you are going to be service oriented in this job or an old school banking job this isn't for you
