Pros
Health Benefits are pretty good. Money is ok if once you hit your closing numbers for the month.
Cons
It’s the incompetence for me ! It’s a train wreck asking questions because you hear a diff answer from everybody. They start you off slow but the work load can be unmanageable. When others are out you cover their pipeline. It takes away from your job because you are now responsible for their work. The endless emails from management never stops. Training could be better as well.
