IF you meet your quarterly goals at LEAST 2 quarters in a row there is a good chance you can be promoted quickly. Most mangers back a good employee. THere is a process in place that breaks down the sales process to make it easier for you to make your goals.
Cons
There are no such thing as down days, They will always tie it back to personal responsibility. THe quartlery incentives could be a little higher as well.
