Pros

-Loved working with the top managers, great people to work with! -Great structure and had mentors that accelerated my learning, growth, and progression in the company. I thought there were a few great trainers as well. So in general, I appreciated all I learned with Wells Fargo. -Depending on your manager, great environment, fairly flexible with hours -Supportive, hardworking staff and with good managers, great work environment -The Vision and Values are awesome!

Cons

-The scripting made genuine interactions pretty difficult -Felt that the level of trust in employees was very low as evident through company policies -Instead of moral support, additional paperwork and micromanagement seemed to be the choice made -Sales goals that were slightly unrealistic. Some bankers would resort to unethical practices -Felt like they were finding ways to make money for stockholders through fees and skimping on compensation pay through the goals that top 1% of bankers couldn't reach. -Sometimes the Vision and Values didn't seem to be really lived by management, then in turn the workers

Pros

Great way to get tech experience. Exposure to a lot of tools, systems technologies and it's a fortune 50 company so very good to have for your resume. Benefits were good too. Great team working environment.

Cons

Not much growth. Pay could be better.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
