Pros
at Wells Fargo, they offer good benefits 401k matching supportive management, work week is usually 40 hrs. cant argue with having bank holidays and good time off especially for first time employees
Cons
depending on your location, you have to be willing to work on saturdays. at times, you are chasing solutions goals " just to fill up the box score" the quartly bonus is nothing to be excited about, but in return they give you a higher salary and job promotions is what gets you paid
