Pros

-new downtown offices -extra activities to bring people together -medical insurance -only for starters

Cons

-racism well developed with management silently accepting and encouraging racist behaviors -bullying and harrassment in documentation is a normal thing, management actually using internal gossip to play around employees -immature management in the portfolio management team, the manager plays favourites with everyone's silent acceptance, the team itself is a champion in racial inequalities with people actually mocking foreign names of colleagues, chances and project being given to personal friends of the very same manager; -HR team in Mtl is represented by a sinister guy that is known to be laughing at racist jokes around the office, that covers up managements bullying on employees DO NOT EVER GO SEE HIM, HE WILL GO BEHIND YOUR BACK TO YOUR MANAGER, he is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL and has no empathy!!! -there is much propaganda around diversity and inclusion within the company, but the sour truth is that nobody cares nor acts towards such concepts within the Montreal office were locals marginalize and bully people that are diverse, or don't speak french; -there is a woman in credit that takes care of business initiatives that needs to be educated on what a micro - aggression is! I once got out of the kitchen and literally felt her breath on my neck!she has no issue ripping down people based on the cheap gossip she entertains each time she has the occasion, thank God her dream of managing ops was shattered this spring!

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
