Pros

Benefits, PTO, Insurance, Ability to Transfer to another team

Cons

The most ineffective, dishonest, un-empathetic, direct management I have ever the displeasure of working with, who would rather cause workers thrice the time to do something, then provide them with full information or the tools they need to do the job. Or they "command" them in a way that causes direct harm to already built stakeholder relationships. "Because I say so," went out in the 1980s. This guy does not like men or women, but it is obvious that he favors women even less than his male direct reports. Out of touch with reality or flexibility as the firm undergoes an enterprise wide Agile Transformation. Thank goodness I was able to transfer to another department. My new manager respects their all their staff, freely sharing information, encouraging, empathetic.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
