Pros

A Big financial services brand, you get to learn lot of financial domain, US banking system. New CEO with new vision trying to streamline the roles and optimize the business expense. Diverse LOB's , so you have good career opportunities later in the future. Team Members are Supportive & good to work with. Pay is decent. Medical Health Insurance for your parents included.

Cons

Brand has taken a hit in the past few years because of scandals and asset cap. Too many layers of management. Many managers for one dev. You have scrum manager, onsite manager, offshore manager and each has at least 2 levels up. Local Managers have no power except handling approvals for timesheets, leaves, reimbursements and other spreadsheets. Power is centralized in US and Indian management is just a proxy! Legacy Systems, you will get frustrated at one point of time seeing the tech being used. Very slow systems for development. Systems get stuck now and then. IT support throws blames on your internet provider.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
