Pros

Nice offices, good location, Pay

Cons

Poor line management, having been told I had performed excellently throughout my probation period via a performance review and receiving a 100% discretionary bonus my line manager on my last day of my probation released me (second week into the COVID 19 pandemic and one month after my performance review) with no prior warning of "poor performance" and no proof, which suggests that there is no support or transparent guidance/communication from management if they have concerns. Ensure that you have written confirmation of review of your performance each month during your probation period to support your defence. A 6 month probation period allows the business to release you with no supporting evidence.

Pros

Good work environment, they actually value you as an employee. You don’t feel like just a number to them like at other banks.

Cons

Heavy phone queues, back to back calls

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
