Pros

As you can expect they have some smart analyst, some of the VPs are nice, and Directors were good as well.

Cons

This is one shop you should avoid at all cost if you just got an offer coming out of undergrad or business school. The head of the group uses fear to 'motivate' people and belittles people due to his own insecurities - you won't see that while they try to sell you on the company. Many people have quit or changed groups to avoid him; even his most senior staff need to pretend to get along with him. There are a couple of people that because they're good at their job, they keep them around but are horrible to work with (Fin-Tech). Run for the hills. This place will give you PTSD if you stay too long. Experienced some dislike and I assume it's because of my cultural background. They hire lots of wealthy conservative southern white men who haven't had many interactions with people from diverse backgrounds. Take that as you will.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
