Pros

Wells Fargo is solvent, has a conservative approach to their business mix and credit evaluation process, maintains a massive retail franchise, is intensely focused on profit, and is likely to stay in business for a very long time.

Cons

Wells Fargo is a bloated organization with too many non-producing staff members, large numbers of obstructionist managers focused on self-preservation, and promotes largely adversarial working relationships among its team members. Infighting is common. In addition to force feeding the most profitable banking widgets to customers, team members must engage in heavy self-promotion and finally be inducted into "the club" to advance. With a culture based on hard core sales and a pervasive sweat shop mentality, large numbers of customers are alienated and tend to be ignored unless they are likely buyers of new products.

Pros

Cared a lot about their employees, lots of good networking and growth opportunities.

Cons

To many issues with sales goals, often pointless in smaller communities.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
