Career development has been non-existent for the past 6 years as the company has focused on external hiring vs internal promotion. Most job postings are formalities and the hiring managers already have a candidate chosen. No profit sharing since 2019. Many loyal employees have been laid off due to ‘geographic location strategy’ over the past 3 years, however, exceptions were made to keep some employees in same locations where others were laid off.
