Pros
Great starting point career-wise. Decent Health benefits. Helpful Co-workers. If you learn by being thrown into right into battle, this is a great learning environment. Lots of very talented employees, I am amazed by the talent I am surrounded by. Extremely fast paced environment but, as a pro, if you can last you will gain some important skills and a few coping mechanisms. Overall my time with this company has not been bad. In fact it has been rather pleasant for the most part. Other potential external career opportunities recognize Wayfair employees and it's steep learning curve. This makes you desirable if you last a year or more. The external opportunities pour in once you begin working here. Work / Life balance is promoted. I would 100% recommend this employer to friends.
Cons
take this only as constructive criticism: Low end salary Poor developmental feedback Extremely fast paced environment, it can and will burn you out quickly. Attrition rates are scary, the lack of stability can be extreme for some. In spite of the work/life balance promotion, you are clocked on ticket hours not a standard day. You can easily be in the office for 10+ hrs a day. So if you are the chatty type, this can hurt.
