Recruitment team does not provide adequate information on pay structure, increases, availability of coffee/ food (there generally isn't any), review cycles, etc. The senior leadership team is made up of young professionals who have only worked at wayfair, or consultants who have never worked in e-commerce. If you have any experience in e-commerce it would be ill-advised to go to a company where the leadership knows nothing about actual e-commerce. Further, your promotion and pay increase opportunities do NOT exist. They calibrate on a curve, and therefore only a small number of each team receives a pay increase once per year. This value is 2%... and that is for "exceptional performance".
