Pros
I really like my coworkers. I find my job interesting. I have the ability to move up within the company. During the last few holidays the company served buffet meals for employees. I like getting a 'my share' bonus.
Cons
Sometimes my hours aren't 40 per week, and sometimes my days off change. I have had arrrgh moments, however, the open door policy is always there.
