Pros

Steady pay and easy work

Cons

This place is fake. They make it out to be one big family but it's not. It's like high school on steroids. You have different groups. All of management and the coaches look out for each other. One of the coaches runs all over every one. She talks down to everyone. Refuses to help customers at times. And if she doesn't like you watch out. You got employees in the back and on nightshift that stay high through their entire shift. As far a hours go. They don't care if you have a home life or if you have kids. They will always schedule you outside of your availability. Be prepared to learn everyone's department. You will be in other departments more than your own department.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
