There's no problem Walmart can't solve, and you create your own destiny
Cons
Walmart should set the market when it comes to associate wages, and wages should at least keep up with inflation. A 2% annual raise does equates to a pay cut when inflation has been an average of 7.5% per year over the past 2 years.
