      Pros

      Worked around my school schedule Was coded for PT; but, made FT Hours Great pay( Raise every year) Made some great friends

      Cons

      Drama, Drama, Drama!!! I think the managment slept or stole their way to the top. They don't know anything!!! They talk to you as either they are your parent or you're slow. It's all about the customer, he/she could cuss you out all while your complying with company policy, but "The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT !!!" You do everyones job including managment but only get paid for one.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
