      Pros

      Wal-Mart has pretty great pay for a pharmacy intern, you are hired at a corporate level, so hours are extremely flexible.

      Cons

      There is a great lack of respect for the employees there. Also I think saying that if I customer asks where the chips are...I shouldn't have to drop filling a medication to show them. I understand customer service, but that shouldn't be more important than patient care.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
