Pharmacist - Pharmacist Walmart Employee Review

In pharmacy, managers do not care about their employees you are just a number. Walmart philosophy is customer is always right but In a pharmacy, the customer is not always right. Not when they want something unethical. Not when they threaten your life. Yet in each of these situations Walmart pharmacy managers expected me us to back down. The managers do not have your back. If you are threatened with your life they will tell you it was he said-she said. They hired new grads at PRN status so they wouldn’t have to pay benefits. Now they are firing older pharmacists to replace with the younger cheaper ones.
