Flexibility with work schedule. Ability to make up time missed
Cons
No real PTO until months after starting. Benefits aren't great. They are seeking people with accounting degrees, but paying them the same as people with no background in accounting. Also work has nothing to do with accounting. Hard to move up in the company as well. They post a lot of lateral moves, but no upward movement
