      I get paid $10.25 per hour as a Stocker Associate. I mainly engage in performing physical labor tasks. $10.25 per hour is a lot of money to get paid for mainly physical work.

      Cons

      Management is occasionally rude to their associates . Coworkers are sometimes disrespectful and rude to their coworkers. Customers are occasionally rude to the associates.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
