Pros
Management was very open to ideas of all associates and very accessible. Salary and benefits are decent. It is a challenging and fast paced environment working in a distribution center. Expectations were high but there was a great sense of family and belonging within the facility. They give you a lot of chances to mess up before you are punished. Decent opportunity for advancement within.
Cons
Very numbers driven. If cases don't match target production people tend to panic. The cheer in the morning gets a little old. Salary and benefits could be a bit better.
