      Pros

      Provides tons of opportunities for growth, tons of opportunities to move within the company for career progression, they will help you achieve far more in a career than you could anywhere else

      Cons

      Has lost their focus on caring for the associate and it is purely business. Used to pride themselves on "Our People Make the Difference" but through numerous rounds of head-scratching layoffs they have lost the trust and loyalty from their people.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
