Lazy co workers. Worked cap 2 and all we ever heard was go faster! Go faster! If we made the dead line they had all kinds of other stuff for us to do. All in an effort to make it so that the overnight crew would have as little as possible. EVERYDAY! And they say that you can transfer to another position after 6 months but that's not true. If you prove that you can handle the bs they are gonna keep you in your starting position until management changes. In other words, if your manager can depend on you, your not gonna have the chance to leave.
