Pros
flexible schedule, can ask for time off and they'll usually give it to you, the level of camaraderie can be exceptional between like minded and like employed coworkers
Cons
the management is nowhere to be found most of the time towards the evening hours which is when we needed them most, the employee level of customer service was horrible, trying to get the cart pushers to do their job was almost impossible
