Pros
Pay was fair when I left and their hours are reasonable. Plenty of opportunity to work and experience new and/or different positions within Health and Wellness division.
Cons
Moral is on the decline and pharmacists are losing a sense of appreciation from company. Growing sense of attitude from Market Mgrs directed at pharmacist that they are replacable. Pharmacists no longer have a sense of job safety. New strict guidelines punish pharmacists with no questions asked termination for certain offenses with no warning or emphasis on these implemented changes:
