Pros
Good pay, associate discount, stock options, annual bonus are fair for the market. They did a good job of supporting the community.
Cons
In my group, the leadership were not honest brokers with their relationships with their reports. Severe incompetence at the Sr Leadership of my group led to bad decisions where the "truth" was punished if it varied from their narrative. Hiring decisions and promotions were given to HS diploma associates and if you were highly educated you were a threat that needed to be kept in your place.
