Pros
Pay, promotional and advancement opportunities. Especially for internal employees. You can start as a cart attendant and become a VP. WalMart is everywhere, so you can pretty much work anywhere in the world.
Cons
Very aggressive, demanding, high pressure, high stress environment. It's retail, so you're working when others are off enjoying family and friends. Pressure to work constantly. And that a store cannot function without the store manager, so the expectation is that you're at work a lot.
