      Pros

      Great co-workers, discount on groceries, good pay, overall a very good work environment. Would highly recommend to others as the place to work.

      Cons

      No benefits. Besides no benefits I can't think of any cons to working there. And all the other lube shops don't offer benefits either like insurance. But you do get a discount on groceries at Wal-Mart so that is a big plus. Except for the fact of having to work there for a minimum of three months before you start getting your discount.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
