Lots of good people. Fast paced environment, find a mentor to fast track advancement. You can learn a lot about general business practices if you pay attention to more then just your job functions or tasks at hand. Recent dedication to training to hourly associates is impactful
Cons
Sr. Management turn over can be rampant. In metro areas retention of the general work force can be high. Be prepared to be a life coach to hourly associates, you will have to think outside the box to help them keep their jobs due to strict new attendance policy.
