Pros
Competitive benefits and overall compensation. They are listening to us, but changes happen over quite a long time. I might just be tired, but I don't know that I'll last much longer.
Cons
Overall, leadership is scared. The goals are written by you now, but it comes with the caveat that the H&W director approves it. And the goals ain't coming in low, oh no. They want everyone putting into their goals that they'll get ridiculous numbers of vaccines and RXPD orders, along with everything else they care about. It's happening. Wal-Mart is becoming just like every other chain retail pharmacy, and it's not going to end well.
