      Very friendly people. A normal day is very relaxed and you do your own thing in the car.

      Cons

      When it's really busy can be hard to catch up with the delivery times. Not so great in terms of promotions or advancing opportunities.

      Pros

      Great training and encouragement throughout. Time management, prioritizations, communication and delegating teams while adjusting for everyone’s stress is key. Fast pace environment keeps everyone focused and detailed oriented.

      Cons

      Stress can get to anyone. so when you trying to stay calm and delegate effectively and someone is wigging out due to the periodic rush moments, it can make the moment and tension even more stressful. But it’s very temporary, stay focused, stay positive and get the job done swiftly and accurately.
