      Toxic environment. Executives, HR, and managers at the corporate level often spoke poorly about one another, which made the environment feel immature and unprofessional. The company should hire more professional employees, especially at the corporate headquarters level.

      Pros

      Great training and encouragement throughout. Time management, prioritizations, communication and delegating teams while adjusting for everyone’s stress is key. Fast pace environment keeps everyone focused and detailed oriented.

      Cons

      Stress can get to anyone. so when you trying to stay calm and delegate effectively and someone is wigging out due to the periodic rush moments, it can make the moment and tension even more stressful. But it’s very temporary, stay focused, stay positive and get the job done swiftly and accurately.
