Extreme levels of micro management by a firm stuck in the last century - Recruitment Consultant WISE Employee Review

Soooo many! Utterly inept senior management that constantly micromanages all staff to within an inch of their lives. A disgracefully high staff turn over - I was there a little over a year and I was the 3rd longest serving consultant in the entire company (all offices). Terrible CRM system that is non industry specific and at least 25 years old. All staff forced to follow a minute by minute "sales strategy" that plans your entire day - I'm sure it was great before the internet came along and before the competition evolved but is now killing your business Branches closing left right and centre - this firm has a terrible reputation in the industry and deservedly so. Pretty much all major clients have moved to more modern and innovative competitors. If you don't meet minimum target you'll be gone in no time (understandable). However, you are given virtually no room to work and sell in your own style - it has to be Wise's old fashioned dated way (that doesn't work) or nothing. Terrible "bonus" structure. Rude and obnoxious Admin/Compliance Manager.
