Meeting new clients, fairly flexible work arrangements, salary packaging.

Cons

Huge amount of pressure to accomplish KPIs for the month, big caseloads, lack of resources, constant paperwork/claims. Can't move sideways or up. Management play favourites, very gossipy workplace, just didn't like the vibe - you can get better pay without the pressure elsewhere.
