Pros
Transparent leadership and very little, if any, internal politics. The company genuinely cares about its employees. Respectful management. In my group, we have periodic offsites and a trusting relationship with everyone. I would happily join again.
Cons
Honestly, not much to complain about. In my organization, there are limited career growth opportunities due to the relatively small team size. That may change in the future if the business continues to grow successfully.
