All the previous reviews summerize working at Visier really well. If you are pationate to learn and you want to work for a midsized start up, Visier is a great place for you. You are encouraged to work hard and take more responsibilities. You work with a smart and pationate young team. You get recognized pretty well by the higher management if you are a leader or a high performance engineer.
Cons
Visier is definitely not an ideal job for you if you work only for paycheck or if the work life balance really matters to you. It is not worth it, since the pay is below the market average, and the the work pressure is too high. Visier tries to balance the low pay with good benefits, good office location, social events and professional development programs for the employees. Overall, I think it is a good learning experience working at Visier, but you might end up burning out yourself after few months.
