Pros

The junior HR's and Project Managers are polite and friendly... they are always approchable. The Projects Managers and architects offer support, attend client calls and get involved in all the nitty gritty of the project right from the word Go... Company has brandname and is strong in its core domain which is "testing".

Cons

Worst in terms of salaries and benefits offered.Company is badly hit by the recession since clients are mostly based in US. The company in the past had a good name for treating employees well in terms of benefits, compensation and employee friendly practises, but that is an "once upon a time" story which old timers in the company reminsce about.. (pre 2006) the element of fun is dead.. The senior HR's and management have become dictatorial and the various "processes" which have been started and were suppossed to be beneficial to everyone have become very complex and tedious. These processes have ceased to be an end to an means and have become an "end" in the themselves.None can make sense of them anymore. One cannot expect to learn new technologies and considerable time and energy is expended by employees in completing useless certifications.. these are of no value to the employees but are suppossed to be somehow enhance company standards... There is no work/life balance and long hours are to be expected. Hikes are poor, and literally no onsite oppurtunites.Even those who manage to goto onsite are squeezed every inch and complain of gruelling work. Only those in billing can take their job for granted and everybody else is on firing line.. People with skills in high end technologies like ERP or Data warehousing are better off keeping away from this company. Those expecting good salaries, hikes, onsite oppurtunities and any benefits are better off looking elsewhere as these are non existent. This is overall an company where those who have been recruited as beginners tend to stay on due to loyalty... there is some job security for these beginners.... attrition rate is very high among laterals.dont join unless u dont have an option...

Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects. Exposure to modern technologies and diverse client environments.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement limits autonomy and creates a lack of trust. Workplace culture suffers from poor communication and limited collaboration. Employee feedback is often ignored, making it difficult to drive positive change. Career growth and recognition are inconsistent and heavily dependent on management. Work environment can be stressful, with employee well-being receiving little attention. Leadership within Connected Commerce is a major concern. The LOB lead's management style is often perceived as disrespectful, dismissive, and overly controlling. Employees may feel uncomfortable expressing opinions or raising concerns, leading to low morale and reduced engagement. Rather than fostering a culture of trust and empowerment, the leadership approach contributes to a negative and demotivating work environment.
