Pros
Most of the good people have left and created a network of many good people that I can go to in order to find a new job.
Cons
They suck the life out of you and then kick you to the curb. Terrible organization that doesn't have their program together. Poor service delivery to customers. Worse close rate by their sales staff. The only reason they are still going is due to a few good staff members that continue to stay. Two years into a 5 year goal and not on track to hit target. Doubt they will even come close.
