At Vinted, we want to make secondhand the first choice worldwide. Everyone receives intensive onboarding to our company's mission, vision, and core values when joining our company. In addition, our core values were developed through a transparent, bottom-up process that took a variety of perspectives into consideration. On our internal intranet, employees can read about the evolution of our mission, vision, and values. In addition, as you mentioned, we use our core values to operate feedback cycles in which the meaning of our core values is reiterated. Moreover, there are globally fair promotion and salary review cycles benchmarked to industry standards.
Furthermore, to ensure that every employee feels welcome and celebrated, we established a Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI) team charged with implementing a global strategy that will serve as the foundation for future endeavours. This also includes aligning our offices across locations and increasing our efforts to create an even more inclusive environment for all our employees worldwide. We started our DEI journey some time ago and have now established long-term targets, measurements, and internal communities to encourage conversations, exchange, and collaboration among our global team. This journey takes time and effort from everyone, but we are dedicated to making a positive change and are proud of our progress.
As a Vinted employee, you are always welcome to contact the people team promptly for assistance. In the unlikely event that you do not feel comfortable contacting the people team directly, we have implemented a whistleblower platform that allows you to raise concerns and issues anonymously.
We care about our employees' mental welfare. Currently, we provide employees with complimentary and subsidised mental health counselling and therapeutic sessions. For our offices outside of Lithuania, we implemented an additional employee assistance programme with trained counsellors who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in all local languages.
