Job security, because low pay and huge workloads. Will pay for licensing training.
Cons
Usually don’t get to pick your department you’re dropped into. Poor pay compared to other firms, very bad systems because low cost. MICROMANAGEMENT. Unrealistic expectations, and no raise or COLA adjustments unless meeting 200% metrics’s AND sales quotas for non sale’s departments.
