Pros

Good amount of PTO and good 401k match and contribution. Decent health plans.

Cons

Keep cutting the "original hire" reasons to stay: 1. No warning took away retiree medical account. Generally over 100k for most that was available for health premiums (Medicare supplement). It wasa piece of my retirement plan that vanished. 2. No warning took away 10k retiree life policy. Hard to get a decent rate at retirement age. 3. Pay is generally 20 to 30% less than similar roles elsewhere. 4. Partnership was once up to 30% after 7 years or less. Now lucky if it is 15%. 5. Don't plan on moving up far unless you're in the "anointed" management or MBA program. As a female generally need to be tall skinny with long blonde hair. 6. Forcing a 3 day return to office to maintain"culture" which is a farce at this point. 7. Loyalty is all fake now.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
