Pros

PTO, benefits, they will pay for you to get your licenses and CFP

Cons

Low pay- and they will lie to you and say it's competitive. Initially you will get decent raises and then they will find every excuse why you will only get a 1% raise after your 3rd year. You are just another employee that is replaceable- example: a couple of years ago a crew member took their life in the Scottsdale parking garage. The entire campus received an automated message stating to not come in until 10 am. When we came in the managers were "business as usual" those were the actual words my manager said. Management's then concern was how to increase department service levels because the campus opened late. If you don't become a mindless minion they will micromanage you until you are miserable and quit. They are abusive. I only had 2 good days there. The first day I started because I didn't know better and the last day when I put on my sunglasses, flipped the building the bird and rode off 2 hours before I was actually supposed to leave. They will tell you how wonderful you habe it with them. Don't be fooled. I felt like I was leaving an abusive spouse that beat me for the last time. Management is like a cult. Several members in Scottsdale are part of something called landmark. Google landmark. It is insanely expensive and you commit several long weekends away from society doing God knows what. My manager would push landmark on me during every meeting where it was just the two of us. It was uncomfortable to tell her no and I felt I had to make excuses why not to go with her. After that she micromanaged every breath I took. Suddenly I was the worst employee she ever saw. They brag about 37.5 hour work weeks. In reality they will force 30 minute lunch breaks on you half the year so they don't have to pay overtime.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
