Free trainings and certifications Good salary (if you hit it off well during hiring process) Snacks and coffee for free Hard work = promotions Easy access to huge knowledge base, source codes, etc. - if you know where to look for (and what to look for)
Cons
Workload doesn't leave much time for self development Lots of experienced people left and took valuable knowledge with them - feels like management isn't even trying to keep them. Salary doesn't increase with time, experience or performance Product complexity is increasing rapidly - inadequate training provided to the support engineers
